The whole system is screwy. My 18 year old niece, who lives with her father, called the welfare office and said she was homeless. She now gets $300 a month in food stamps. Being the generous person she is, went and bought a cake and items for a meal, for her friends mother's birthday! So take this whoel 1 in 10 thing with a grain of salt, how many of them shouldn't be getting the food stamps in the first place?!!
