To become a member of Patrol Z scouts and venturers had to apply and undergo an interview before the final 12 members were selected.

No, We have only attended the camporee once. Some of our guys are very into patch trading and patch collecting though so I would not be surprised if they got started trading at this years camporee. What troop are you from? Is your troop attending the camporee this year?
