Technology is scary. For every good thing, such as this forum which allows people all across the country from different walks of life to come together, there are a hundred bad things. Identity theft, etc. Not to mention it makes people lazy and stupid. How many times have you been to a store when the network is down? Everrything comes to a screeching halt. How long before people don't even have original thoughts and ideas? Wait a second...........
That is the game plan. Obama is a master of misdirection and distraction. His right hand is busy with his Final Four brackets, Leno, town meetings and God knows what else.All the while the left hand is slowly but surely destroying our way of life and the hope is that nobody notices. Sorry Charlie, a lot of us have been aware for a long time and I think more people are waking up every day.
Regretfully, most people that follow the liberal agenda don't understand what they are saying. They base all of thier political beliefs on 30 second sound bites and fail to look at issues from all sides before forming opinions.
This country hasn't had the stomach to fully engage in war since the end of WWII. It has nothing to do with the brave men and women who are sent out to the front lines. It has everything to do with detached bureaucrats who make deals and decisions under cover of darkness that cause our troops to serve and die in vain. Until our so called leaders dump the attitude that we can negotiate and just need to understand the enemy we will never be victorious and brave men and women will continue to die for no reason. Lose the political correctness and lets KICK ASS AND TAKE NAMES!!!!!

You are partially correct. The northeast is too far gone. Only most of us are getting what we deserve though. I live in Vermont which is liberal hell. There are a fair number of conservatives here but we are severely outnumbered.
The way the idiots that "represent" us keep getting voted in is by flatlanders from MA and NY who have taken over our state. Luckily we've had a conservative republican Governor for eight years to somewhat balance out the whackjob liberal legislature.
I'm not sure about a ban on red ink. However, about 4 years ago when my son was in middle school we had a big to do about changing the grading system. Instead of the traditional A, B, C, D, F letter grades it was changed to a number system, 1-5. HELLO!!!!! This was designed to not hurt kids feelings. At least that's what I was told when I questioned the school board about it.
How could America be totally in love with the new Pesident? Would you be totally in love with someone who lied to your face with a smile nearly every time they spoke to you? Would you be totally in love with someone who was unfaithful to you with nearly every action? Would you be totally in love with someone who was forcing you towards bankruptcy? Not me. I wasn't at all in love with him this summer. I'm not in love with him now. I'm positive that I won't be in love with him after four years. I would bet my life as I know it on that. Make no mistake our lives as we know them are what's at stake.
I live a half hour away from Canada and have several family members employed in the health care "industry". If universal healthcare is so fantastic why do we have a large number of Canadian citizens coming south for procedures? Could it be incredibly long waiting lists and inferior doctors and or care due to overuse of the system or ranking of medical importance by detached paper pushers?
You couldn't have said it any better. In the late 1930's early 1940's there was a very charismatic leader in Germany. He was legally elected by a country that was very divided on issues and in economic turmoil. He slowly but surely went about changing the countries makeup through the effective use of propoganda and the legilature. Before anyone knew what happened laws weren't enforced through the courts anymore. Doors were kicked in and people had no rights whatsoever. I'm not saying that we are there but look at what's happening in our country on all fronts right now. Keep spreading the word.
