Man I'm so happy they are not doing an update for three weeks. My tight end Owne Daniles is out for the season but I can still play with him until they update the rosters...YES... Anyway they're probably not updating the rosters because they will be to busy playing Modern Warfare 2, or atleast I will...lol
Man I really love the presentation. It really makes you feel like your watching a game on the TV. They really nailed that. I just can't wait to see it in all the other sports game. They should have been doing this the fiirst year they got the ESPN license. Its taking them almost 4 years to give us something they should had been there from the get go.
He deserved an increase in stats. I like that EA does a very good job making sure everyone is fairly rated. Two weeks ago they increased Willis McGhee cause of the 3 touchdown he had a couple of weeks ago. And know he ratings dropped back down. I think thats fair. The ratings should be as update to date as possible.
Looks a little weird. I think $15 bucks is a little much for a quick download game. $10 is more like it
Man I was ranked 200 in 2K8. That was the whole reason I played NBA 2K was for online. Now that the online is broken, I might have to look else where for another good online B-ball game...

I played over 1000 games online with 2K8 not just because it was a good game but because I like playing against real people instead of the computer. Last year with NBA 2K9 me and my cousin played 3 season of the Association together. I couldn't play that long by myself cause I just don't get the same fun feeling playing against the CPU by myself. That’s why I play online. If I can get that same feeling of competition from Live then I will switch. I've endured 2K short comings look enough. And also the Team play is so much better with Live.
Why do people want to hate on Pasta for telling to truth? Everyone who plays 2K online will tell you the same thing... The online modes are broken and lag is very bad. 2K servers have been bad for the last 3 years and they have done nothing to fix it. Pasta has flamed EA many of times for not stepping up to the plate about lagging issues. Servers should have been their top priority with a game that plays so well offline instead of the My Player crap and trying to milk an extra 5 dollars out of people.
You can also ask anyone that has played Live and they will tell you that online is fun. The gameplay still has its share of issues but at least EA has stepped up to the plate and fixed some nagging issues. If you don't like Live cool, but don't try to call someone out for giving you the facts.
I'm an avid 2K player online. I played over 1000 games online with 2K8 but ever since 2K9 the online game has gotten worst. I'm disgusted at the 2K basketball fans who try to act like its nothing wrong with the game. 2K is the worst when it comes to online play. And it has some major flaws in the gameplay like not being in total control of your player and running into invisible walls. Like I said 2K8 had very little lag but I returned 2K9 because the lag was unbearable and don't get me started on how bad Team Up mode was. Also don't talk about connection speed because I can play any EA sports game with no lag.
2K has better gameplay but when it comes to online, 2K sucks and everyone knows it. As me being an avid online player I'm starting to lean towards Live for this year even though I still don't like the gameplay. But if I can get an online game with no lag, I'll be happy.
So you really think Microsoft will not us this to kill the PS3. This is the same Microsoft that paid 50 million dollars for exculsive GTA 5 content and threw a wad of money at Infinity Ward to get a MW2 360 and the map packs before the PS3 will get them... Man you must really be drinking the Microsoft Kool-Aid
Yeah the PC my see any increase but the PS3 would surely see a decrease. This would allow Microsoft to keep all EA's best selling games to themselves i.e. (Madden, Dead Space and FIFA). Pretty much putting the PS3 out of business. Microsoft would be a dick for doing that. Can you image how bad Microsoft could get without competition? And you thought paying $50 for online gaming was bad....
