Hi Carley, what did you think about the sound? I'm thinking about purchasing this system for my family.

Yes, that makes sense! I shouldn't even comment on this home since I know nothing about construction! Regardless, it's wonderful!

I'm wondering since they only were allowed 5 months to build this home that there are some things "missing"?

This would be my dream kitchen: two large double sinks with soap dispenser, garbage disposal, and hot water dispenser, also, the ability to turn on the water with a foot pedal. Double wall ovens of the same size, warming drawer. 6 burner range (gas) with grill, salamander, AND GRIDDLE, and that pot filler! A range hood with warming lights and shelf. Wood burning stove (to make those incredible pizzas) and or fireplace next to a built-in booth. Lots of storage and a very large PANTRY! A great counter top to roll out pastry and more counter top to prep other foods that have built in cabinets/storage with lots of outlets (& small fridge for drinks) Oh, and did I mention the butler's pantry with a wine fridge? A built in coffee/espresso maker, & an area with a couch where you can kick back and read those cookbooks (with a TV). This dream kitchen would also have room for about 6 to 8 people to sit around comfortably to eat or help cook. The stools would have to be super comfee! Music, can't forget about a great option to have music heard while cooking! This obviously is my DREAM kitchen.

Do we know for sure that the winner could rent out this home? Where do we find this information? I looked at the rules but couldn't find anything about that. That would affect my decision....if I were able to rent this dream home property out during the summer months then I would keep this home and earn the money to pay the taxes. And if that doesn't work out then I would just sell the home. Because I know I would not be able to afford property taxes and the up-keep on this home. I realized the $250,000 would not come close to covering the initial gift taxes on this home. What are your thoughts?

So, if any of us bloggers win this gorgeous home, who would do everything in their power to live in the home & who would go the cash option way? Also, what would be more financially feasible for the winner, to take the cash option or to keep the home then sell it? Would you make more money keeping the home then selling it on your own? Also does anyone know how long you would be able to stay in the dream home until you make a decision or is that even a possibility, staying in the dream home until you decide? I know that's a silly question. Do you know if you get to stay in the home on Winner's Weekend?
