The girl seems convinced there is nothing wrong with what happened and seems a bit defiant. Mom seems cluless as to how to handle it and therefore is just going along with the daughter. I agree with some other posters that if I had known I was going to be on TV, wouldn't have been caught dead in those "outfits". I'm puzzled as to what they intended to accomplish with this interview, to be honest. The whole thing is weird...

A 15 month old playing in a parking lot without supervision is easily controlled. Shouldn't have been out there in the first place. Learn to control your children and this wouldn't have happened. Period. Sorry if you don't like what I have to say. It's called common sense, which obviously isn't so common.

Prices on everything going up and unemployment doesn't make up for very simply knowing right from wrong. I'm willing to bet some of these criminals wouldn't take a job if it was handed to them. I know times are tough. I'm barely scraping by, myself...but NEVER under any circumstances would I rob or steal from someone else.
