It's lovely to have your daughter who likes cooking as much as you do. Marc seems to like watching me in the kitchen in his highchair than playing in his playpane at the moment. i wonder if he would like to be with me in the kitchen in the near future.

I am drooling, I thought waygu beef is not allowed anymore as those cows are killed due to infection. the ones in UK are probably from australia?

love Nam Yu (Yee), or red bean curd. I shipped some from HK and it was not red as they took out the red colouring as some countries do not allow colourings such as Japan. I almost thought that shop had made a mistake. I am also 158cm ; ), I had been 65kg when I was in boarding school in UK. Anyway, your braised pork belly looks very yummy. I would like to try one day, occasionally as a treat is allowed, right ?

Awesome, this is my favorite fish in Hong Kong, my mom steams that too with red dates. It does not look bad to me, perhaps a bigger fish will help ?
