Something that the SEC most likely approve. Or say, open a Berkshire Hathaway like fund. Or a private fund. Even if you have to earn only $1 from the money you raise for this paralell plain vanilla fund, it could give you more legitimacy with the SEC and perhaps it could prompt them to move forward with Paladin. Just an idea to keep your animal spirits intact…stay strong TM.

How about a country? If credit default risk widens on a country say Spain, and its bonds get hit, the country can count that as income? Greece would surpluses by now. Perverse, indeed if you add "naked" credit default swaps. jmo.
