Will Tupelo benefit economically? - Yes Will we see it in our lifetime? - Probably not... The immediate changes with the local restaurants and bars will have a very minimal economic impact... The real money will be new restaurants and bars/clubs and businesses that come with Sunday alcohol sales.

With the economy the way it is now, I think this bill is a decade too late. I doubt we will see the growth we saw the 10 years before the failed economy.

I have always wondered what the credits adjustments and other fees are because they are different every month for me. I have never gone over in minutes (I have thousands and thousands of rollover minutes I continue to gain every month), never gone over in data (I have unlimited), nor texts (also unlimited) yet every month my bill is a different price... I mean not once has my bill EVER been the same price as the month before. The only thing that I see that changes are my credits adjustments and other fees section and the taxes on the higher/lower overall bill amount
