I submitted my waiver 3 weeks before the cut off date......Debt Managment took all of my money before the April 1st date. They said they was starting with $750 but if your attending a school that go by quarters and not semesters they take all the money one time, I mean all..... I am enrolled in classes for the new quarter since January but the certifying officials don't certify you until the first week of classes. The Debt managment said that is our problem not thiers. This shit is so frustrating because they don't have their shit together and we have to pay for their mistakes.

Get this.......if your going to a school that certifies you by the quarter and not semesters, debt management is going to recoup all of the money even though your signed up for classes for the next quarter......they tell you on the phone there is nothing they could do about that since your not certified for the next quarter as yet. So I want to know why the hell they didn't figure that shit out before they start recouping monies that we can't afford to pay back.
