Virginia there is a Santa Claus!!!. haven't seen it...from descriptions don't need to... said Austin (check)...said farm house style (check)...born & raised in Texas....love Texas(check). 2300 sq ft sounds large but everything is Bigger in Texas!!!! I was on there a long time last night looking at the Winter Haven/Lake Hamilton area for the BC. It is no woodstock ;-) but sounds really great & nice & warm - hope they leave it at a single level with the widow's walk. Doesn't sound so hoity toidy which is more my style. I would have to be more careful there with my dog because it said there are gators in the lakes there. Those lakes were caused by the limestone/sinkhole effect. Read a lot. Are there HOA fees or just the optional Schaffer's Mill membership dues? Sure there have been previous conversations on this, but this is the 1st time I have found time to blog. I havent entered every day since some days I cant find the time to look at my own private email. Been really busy! If some of my previous blog buddies are on here - a BIG HELLO - & good luck.

looked at it all - very very pretty - calm - serene - LOVE the dining table! & love the swing outside the master bedrooom on the porch. has anyone seen the road that leads to this beautiful home. I looked & looked for a place for the car to get to the house. Is it a paved road? How far is it from the city of New Bern? Looked at New Bern on google & it showed 2 rivers there, So is that the ocean or one of the river inlets? I appreciate anyone that can give me any info. thanks

We are migrating to a new computer system at work & one of the IT guys was from the Charleston area. Just yesterday he was helping me with an issue on my system. He had a jacket with the gamecocks emblem on it. small world. said he & his wife love the area & family is there. couldnt help but hope someone like that wins. hope you are all well. Got to get ready for a really busy day at work.
