AmyA - You may be "running on emotion," but your point is well taken. I viewed the blog before it went down. I don't have stats, so won't quote %'s, but it seemed the vast majority was upset at the outcome. No question; Dan was far and away the best designer; Antonio bills himself as a set designer, and that's what his stuff looks like -- TV sets, not rooms in which people can live. Colors and decor are completely uninspired, coarse, and often off-point. His demeanor is gruff, abrasive, rude, arrogant, and he has no concept of team playing. It seems inconceivable that three incredible designer-judges could have seen things this way. Of course, I won't say i'll never watch HGTV again, but this has permanently tarnished the network's credibility.
