Alan (and Brian)
I had braces starting right around that age and it worked out perfectly! I had them for a few years, and they were off in time for the 'important' school years. The too'fs are all good and no negative effects at all. (Of course, I hated them when I had them, but glad for it now)

Okay- take 3
Pete, why would you be sticking up for 'booth babes'? They're attractive women, hired to stand in an 8' square, sometimes wear revealing attire and smile at people to lure them in.
Don't get me wrong- I'm perfectly fine with the concept. I say use what ya' got! If you're very attractive, and that's your best asset, then you should leverage it. (It's not for me, so I leverage other things). I love walking around the larger shows, such as Interop, and checking out the shennanigans orchestrated by booth designers. I distinctly remember an alien theme last year, with several well-proportioned women wearing low-cut, metallic silver stretch jumpsuits.... Couldn't help but look- I took photos to send to my guy-friends.
But please- do let me know if any of them write a white paper on security technologies- I'd love to read it ;)

Okay Alan! Your blog this morning has cracked me up, I’ve definitely had a good giggle from it. I have to say though, I’m surprised, amused and embarrassed all at the same time. Blonde- yes, Blogger- yes… not sure about the other parts!
I may disagree on the photo comment. First of all, it’s really bad. Secondly, I’ve emailed...
