GET OUT! Jill, I've been eating the leftovers of this recipe with a side of cheesy grits for breakfast these last two mornings.  I'm really diggin' this combo, too.  It's WAY BETTER than eating cold cereal and I haven't had mid-morning munchies, either. 

My next green to try is mustard greens.  I can't wait!

This recipe was VERY easy and I truly enjoyed slurping on the tasty greens.
I will definitely make collards a part of my regular diet.

I made Challah with the first half of this dough and it was WONDERFUL, too. I look forward to having it again.

In the frig now, there's more bran-enriched white bread dough & Italian Semolina dough. OooWee! I can't wait!

I really dig chickpeas.  I just read a spaghetti sauce recipe that called for chickpeas and I'm anxious to try it out.  I can't imagine how it will taste.
