Why is America "relocating" Marines to Guam?
America is no longer "empire-building", so why should American troops be posted outside of America's continental borders?
The American Army will be needed soon enough to subjugate, occupy, and reconstruct each of America's 57 States.........
Hawaii and Guam and Alaska and D.C. must be voted into the U.N. as separate COUNTRIES.
