Fair enough. As long as you agree that both our personal opinions are equaly worthless, we will get along just fine.

She would have had the right of way in that scenario. But I severely doubt the truck passed her and then cut in front of her. What more likely happened is the truck was making a legal right hand turn and she wasn't paying attention and smacked into the side of the truck.

Legality doesn't mean much if your dead.

What does any of that matter. 2 bikes ran stop signs, ended up against my truck, ended up paying for my damages BECAUSE THEY WERE AT FAULT. I even got to chase one of them down, that was the fun one.

I actually would have chased the person down and gotten their plate number. Like I did 3 weeks ago on a slow night at work. A RV backed into a Prius, I ran grabbed the plate and then waited 45 minutes near the car to give the person the information. So once again your completely wrong with your assumptions.

Your a hypocrite. You bash on people for assuming things about you and then you go off on these little rants doing the exact same thing, your just way more rude about it, and base a lot less things in reality.

First of all I didn't say any of that. Why don't you go back and re-read a few things. You can apologize to me in your next rant. (Which you wont even though we both know you messed up).

Secondly witnesses can be biased, or just full of it. I watched an accident happen, 5 minutes later a cyclist showed up and started claiming he saw the whole thing. even though he had know idea what happened. (he was just blaming the car that followed the rules).

I never said the truck wasn't at fault, I just personally feel that the cyclist wasn't paying attention. It's a semi-truck, not a sports car.

As long as it's only ones you agree with, right?

I have also chased down a few of your friends. After watching a few random cyclists smash into parked cars I always try to stop them, But you know How quickly they run off. Not wanting to be responsible for the damages they have just done.

So your assuming I don't use my mirrors now. Aren't you just a peach. Anything else I do in life that you don't approve of? You seem to know me so well and all.

For the record I have been involved in two accidents with cyclists, and shockingly both times were not my fault. Turns out those pesky stop signs are for cyclists too!! Crazy right?

Your presenting a lot of "facts" that aren't in the article. So either you have some inside knowledge, or your full of it. Guess which way Im leaning towards.
