I a the Republican Presidential candidate that has been dogging that usurper Obama since 2005. I know a lot of people have had their hopes raised only to have them dashed to pieces by the courts that have no intention of calling Obama to the mat. This time is different and here is why. This is the second time I have ran for President of the United States. For the Supreme Court not to hear this case will be seen as avoidance to decide a critical case for the Republic. The Supreme Court can either decide the State of California failed to uphold the United States Constitution or the Secretary of State of California Debra Bowen violated the California Constitution . Since Ted Cruz, Mitt Romney, Bobby Jindal. Mark Rubio and Rick Santorum , are all ineligible due to the fact none of these men are natural born, it is of paramount importance that this case is decided now, before the primaries. In the Writ we are not asking that the natural born citizenship of Obama to be determined, Obama will in fact have to prove his eligibility after the fact. I did it this way to give the Supreme Court a way to save face for blowing it so bad in my six other cases. I truly believe we have them right where we want them. I'll get to that 10-4 pledge as soon as I can read it. Anything to do with States rights and Nullification is OK by me. In fact 1861 was the last time the People of the United States locked horns over this issue. The people then who had real guts happend to be demonized and a lot of them died over the principle of a weak federal government. They had Lincoln now we have Obama. Who will trash the Constitution worse and who will be the bigger tyrant?

I have to agree that we missed our boat but the way our system is set up another boat can come along and sink the first one if enough people get on the second boat.

I advocate electing people to office who have no prior experience. I myself have decided to run but people like the comfort of a well worn pair of shoes. Professional politicians are only as good as it takes them to be replaced by someone else or run the time of a term limit. Attorneys should be banned completely from holding office because by their very nature they just can't help taking advantage of a legal situation they have control over. They use their law degree to take us to the cleaners. Ever wonder why simple laws are so complicated? Smoke and mirrors. They throw all that legal jargon in there to confuse the people. Vote yes on No kind of stuff.

I will believe America has a chance when people step up and support common ordinary people like me who are willing to stake their lives in order to ensure the Republic endures instead of quasi celebrities and talking heads with empty suits.
