I am sick and tired of the lesser of two evils. The lesser of the two evils is still evil right? Our founders never intended us to be a two party system, however it was Jefferson's followers who created it building one around him. I am always surprised by the blind loyalty that some have to a Party, I do not understand why they have it but they do. The GOP is a group of politicians nothing more and nothing less, the same as the Democrats. Both parties have been moving to the left of the political spectrum over the past several years. Now we basically have the Democratic Party and the Progressive Party to choose from. We need to have a clear choice between the two parties, a significant difference between them or what is the point. Hard Left and Kinda Left does not look like a viable choice to me. How about you?
Obama has only been in office for just over 100 days, before that it was the GOP that was taking us down the path of destruction. TARP 1 was Bush. Medicare Rx was Bush. Earmarks for days occurred under the GOP. I reaffirm my previous statement, until the Republicans return to the party of liberty and smaller government they will not receive my support. As a Party they are not inspiring anyone, they are not standing behind principals, they are merely another shade of political elite who are standing for their own paychecks and not for the business of the people. It is time to correct this and the only way to do that is for the old guard to become politically extinct and replaced with younger conservative libertarian minded Republicans. I do not have faith that the GOP that exists today will allow that to happen without a fight, they after all are just as accustomed to their power and lifestyle as the Democrats.
Power Corrupts, even for those on the right. Term limits and new blood are what we need.
They are our children and it is our responsibility to raise them as we see fit however the public schools, media and every other Progressive group undermines us and as in the case of Mr. Gore flat out tells them we do not know what we are talking about. After school we have but a few hours to spend deprogramming the Progressive nonsense that they received over a full day.
Republicans gaining grounds in many states does not inspire a lot of confidence in me. Until the Republican Party is populated with people who understand their role in our government and who are willing to stick to what has made us the great nation that we are they will not receive my support.
Each of the patriots who sacrificed so much to create this great Republic would, if alive today, be branded as extremists and terrorists. Some of our greatest forefathers were from places such as Massachusetts which is now Progressive in its leanings an ideology that highlights the faults of those great men while downplaying their incredible achievements. Our children are taught in government controlled schools that our nation was built on the backs of the poor and slaves. That our founders were greedy, white, old, slave owners who have no right to comment on the equality of man. Instead of highlighting actions taken by these which would lead to these thirteen colonies becoming the most powerful nation of free people in history they focus on our mistakes and missteps. Our news media reports on our world through the prism of Progressivism. This is an incredibly powerful tool in the war against our way of life. The control of intelligence in a war can change the outcome of that war. In our war for the principals that made us a great Republic it is those on the Progressive side of the ideological spectrum who control the intelligence. They educate our children using leftist spin and they spoon feed the news in a manner that supports their agenda.

Hate Crimes Legislation supposedly intended to fight discrimination is in itself discriminatory. To elevate the tragedy of one victim over that of another diminishes the right of justice for the person who is not covered by a hate crime. All crimes are hate crimes. It is political correctness in action which is used to determine if ones motives were less honorable than the average criminal because the person they targeted is a member of a Progressive constituency. Under Hate Crimes laws a person who has a particular sexual orientation, skin color, religious belief, income level or anything else that makes them a victim to the Progressives they are then given additional rights under Hate Crimes laws. Again there is no attack against a person that is anything other than a hate crime. You do not beat, rape or murder someone that you like.
Certain members of our military, i.e. Special Forces, are waterboarded by other members of the military as part of their training.
Political Correctness is nothing more than a method of silencing dissenting speech. Freedom of Speech does not protect you from being offended by what it is I have to say. Therefore if you find my words to be offensive, uncouth or whatever else you have no right to silence those words. By reclassifying peoples speech as offensive and toning it down you are in effect taking emphasis from what they are saying or disqualifying their point because they are deemed offensive. Such actions are currently being used by this administration to disqualify the points made by us. Our own DHS has deemed that if you voice an opinion contrary to the Presidents on such topics as Abortion, Illegal Immigration, Gun Rights and etc. that you are an extremist. Being designated as an extremist immediately disqualifies your points because who can listen to a kook extremist? Political Correctness is a tool of the Happy Fascist, a Progressive tool used to silence us. Watching the offensive clip from CNN’s Tea Party report is proof of this. We are not worth covering because we are offensive and “not family viewing”, because we dare to question the Obama Administration and the Bush Administration.
