how do you make an award you gave Al Gore (for the science version of "this is Spinal Tap") worth even less? give it to Obama for quagmiring Afghanistan, giving the Russian everything they want & bowing to subordinate world leaders. he's done everything but roll onto his back and piss himself for these people.
