Going beyond my genetic potential in my training, which seems to be where I'm at right now, would also give me the knowledge and motivation to do the same in my life, work, etc. My wife and I have come along way and are very fortunate to be where we're at today. We have four beautiful, healthy kids, I have a very good job in which my wife doesn't have to work, and we have more family that helps us out and cares for us than a lot of people! If I can put so much dedication into building the body that I know I can and that your program can provide, I know I can put the same amount of dedication into being the best little league baseball coach for my son, or being the best husband to my wife, or being the best father to all of my kids.

LOL...about 9 months ago I was at my twin brother's house (he's 2 minutes older) and he took his shirt off to get into a dunk tank. He was ripped!! About 150 lbs and 10% body fat. He's been working out for about 2 years or so consistently. Now, as I said, he is my twin and we have ALWAYS been very competitive. There I was, 196 lbs and I'm guessing around 20% body fat. Well, I was at the gym two days later at 5:00am and have never looked back. It's been 5-6 days a week for close to 9 months and I'm now 161 lbs and 11% body fat. I either go at 4:30 am or I go during my lunch for an hour. It is simply part of my daily routine now and I make time for it either before or during work. When I come home, I want to spend time with my wife and kids. It's definitely hard to get up and go but I'm so motivated right now, it's never a problem.

So, I am 33 years old and live in Michigan. I have always been an athlete and actually played baseball in college at a division 1 university and received my mechanical engineering degree in 4 years. When I left college in 1998 I was 185 lbs and 6% body fat. I've always been really motivated and when I start something I go balls to the wall. After college I went into the automotive industry and sat behind a desk every day. I got married to my beautiful wife and we had a child right away. We now have 4 kids, ages 6, 5, 3 and 3 months. Needless to say, we lead busy lives. Between karate, dance, baseball, soccer and school events, we don't have a lot of time to do things for us. I changed jobs about 2 years ago and I'm now working crazy hours!! I'm in the office at 5:30 am and usually don't get home until 7 or 8 pm and work 6-7 days a week.
will need to continue in next post...
