Congratulations America, the French have a stronger resolve than we do. They used Special Forces against their Pirate problem. I am deeply embarrased, and I am sure that our men in uniform on the USS Bainbridge are very frustrated that they have not yet been allowed to take action.

There are so many citizens who have sworn an oath to protect and serve the public. These people belong to organizations that have the capability to train their members in the proper safety and employment of fire arms on their off duty time. For example, the U.S. Military, Fire fighters, EMT etc. These people are just regular folks off-duty, but each and every one of them are willing to lay down their life for the person standing next to them, no matter who they are.
License these people, allow them unrestricted conceal and carry permits, they are everywhere and they don't turn off their heroism when they take off their uniforms. I am convinced that not only will they provide a great public safety supplement to the Police, but just knowing that the guy (or gal) next to you could be packing and is of a mind to preserve public safety would be an amazing deterent to the violent thugs of the world.

Take a look at the oath of enlistment for any of the armed services. It is available on Google. Interpret it for yourself. It is pretty clear for me what my obligations are.

I'm with ya on this one, everyone is going broke on this one, so money is kind of a mute point. I mean going broke in that our Bucket O'Freedom has a hole in it, we need to concentrate on patching that hole first, then fix the old pocket book. At the same time not letting yourself and the ones you love go hungry without a roof over their head.

Lets forget about smokers rights for a bit and think about this. The FDA has all but banned items less dangerous than tobacco, but are not allowed to ban tobacco by the Federal Govt. How do I ask are they able to perform their mandate? They aren't. The big flick is not smokers rights, it is excessive Big Brother Tactics. (This is posted by a man who has smoked for 20 years and has not quit yet.) Support S-chip, light one up for the kiddies!

Scary on two fronts. First, the presenter Alex Jones looks as trust worthy as the shamwow guy. Second, some of his stuff is kind of believable, but definately not all. This film should be watched, but keep in mind that you will never get those two hours of your life back.
