Maybe have the human force return to Earth and have them recount about how bad the Na'vi are, have a much larger scale human force return for revenge, and then while the bigger & better armed humans are engaged in a far more kill'em all approach to the Na'vi, a 3rd unseen force shows up and the humans & Na'vi have to band together to fight it?

Wow. Can you say "over-dramatic"?

Too much of "good writing" today ends up getting wasted on self-important Quircky Irony Arthouse tripe that is made just to be Oscar-bait rather then telling a good or compelling story.

This 20 (Year old when it came out, now 21) loved Transformers 2 because he was expecting it to be like a rollercoaster or a fireworks show: Whoooo! Fun!

Maybe your stepson means that in a half-humor way. I've said that same thing about Transformers 2 under that criteria many times.

Meh. J-Lo should change to Dead As Disco. Another futile attempt at regrabbing fame (her last that I remember being El Cantante which should memory serve me was a bomb) that blew up and into obscurity after the Gigli vehicle exploded. Irellevancy is the Dante-esque punishment for the narcissist.

Hey there was another thing to be excited about: Air America declaring bankruptcy and ceasing broadcast.

Yeah... Whether we like it or not. I didn't see it but How the World Works brought up an interesting point in his review: Think of the Navi as being a planet's owner, and humanity came along to steal the Navi's own, property, natural resources. It'd be like if the USSR invaded Saudi Arabia for their oil.____No I'm not insinuating that America invaded so-and-so for oil or blah blah blah.

1.Paranormal activity: The silhoutte scene during the time lapse, the scene with the white powder, or the ending
2. District 9: The documentary
3. Taken: The torture scene at the apartment complex, or Neeson's phone-conversation with the kidnappers
4. Friday the 13th: This movie was wholly unneccessary but the part when the 1st party goes into the woods to find the weed really did it for me.
5. A sick sort of honorable mention should go to The Final Destination, because the opening montage was so out there it left this horror-hounds normally iron stomach churning

Agreements: Hurt Locker, Hangover, Basterds, Terminator chase scene

Right train, wrong track: Watchmen's best scene was the opening credits, or when Roarschach was in prison. "I'm not trapped in here with you. You're trapped in here with me!"

I 2nd Rorshach's death. It was so beautifully tragic, he would rather die then live the horrible awful fake lie that Ozymandias had created right before them.
