In what ways has it improved? Give some examples. Every promise of transparency has been broken. We aren't allowed to view bills before they are voted on or signed. We have no idea where the stimulus or TARP money went. They vote on bills at midnight on Saturday.

You couldn't possibly be that stupid. The problem is that Zinn's garbage teaches that America is evil and everything bad that happens in the world is America's fault. He blamed WWII on America for denying raw materials to Japan, which was on the warpath invading the rest of Asia. Of course he never mentioned that the boycott was due to Japan invading China.
