As I commented earlier, BHO can NOT be impeached. Before he can be impeached under any amendment to the constitution he MUST be president. He must prove that he was indeed born in the United States, and prove it to the satisfaction of the Senate and House of Representatives. So far he has spent over a million dollars fighting all efforts to produce his proof of live birth certificate.
