As for the "British fuckers" mentioned by Kalash, i think its probably unlikely that they have their attitude from Empire, its more likely they are simply ignorant scum, as most of my fellow countrymen are these days , since we have abolished education and good manners and decency , in favour of doing whatever the fuck you like.

In Britain wehre I live, the ones with their arses hanging out are usually white. Does this mean i can tell them to pull their trousers up? I can promise you they look just as stupid as they would if they were green ,pink, or black or stripey. The attitude they convey is the same.
