i started a coughing chain in chapel this morning. i don't know if mine could even be called a cough (i was on the alert after reading this yesterday) but there were probably 6 people after me. i felt pretty cool.
God works in super crazy awesome ways. I'm moving in 3 weeks. TO NASHVILLE. For school. I feel very strongly that God wants me there, at this university. There are still questions with financial aid and I've been questioning and stressing and starting to doubt and feeling guilty about sticking my parents with loans that the gov't says they can take and their budget says they can't. Thanks for reminding me that God's got a plan, even when we can't see it, and that He'll take all this uncertainty to show how big He is.
Is this what happens when you read "guest post?" you skip right over the reading and go straight to the commenting?? hahaha!
umm... well if we're going there, you said "by the by" instead of "by the way..."
I started reading regularly this year sometime, just before the kindergarten fundraisers. That's what originally kept me coming back!
Last read SCL. Currently on Praise Habit by David Crowder <3
i really needed to hear that today. thanks :)
I think the easier question to answer is "What DON'T I worry about?" I am getting better, but it's a process... This week it's about how to finish these last 3 weeks of school strong, how to pay for the next 2 years until i can get a "real job," if I'll be an adequate teacher when said job comes around, if I am an adequate daughter and sister, what will happen to my sibs when I leave town for college in the fall, my perpetual singleness, how I could get more sleep, making sure that I do my part to get enough funds raised to make our Royal Family Kids Camp (for children in foster care) as good as possible for as many kids as possible... the list goes on. About once a day, I freak out and write a big long to-do list for myself, then turn it all over to God (again). Not the responsibility, but the right to stress out about it.
First concert I went to was Family Force 5... And at 6pm the most recent concert I've been to will be David Crowder Band and... Family Force 5.
my mom always held my palm branch... :( i can't remember why, but it has to be an epic story!
