I'm not sure how to contact you about a completely different topic so I'm enclosing a request for a podcast here.

First off, I love your pod cast (I know all your messages begin this way but I am part of the pack so there you go).

I try to be as environmentally conscious as I can and that means doing my laundry in cold water with environmentally friendly detergent. I think I'm currently using 7th Generation. The problem is that my running apparel (tech) isn't smelling so great even when it's clean.

Suggestions? Should I switch to hot water once in a while? Use more detergent than it calls for? Add lemon or diet pepsi to the load? Use a different brand? Hang each item outside on the line with a dryer sheet?
