I worked in a oppressive union shop for 32 years as a middle manager in Upstate NY, The only thing the union thugs ever did was protect the imcompetant and lazy emplyoees and take thier dues. Unions along with OBVomit will be the downfall of manufacturing in this country if they have not already. Wake up America kick the UNIONs into the dirt.
