Breitbart.com : Perry: Wall Street bailout biggest theft in US

PERRY SUPPORTED THE BAILOUTS: This is Rick Perry's letter to Congress after TARP was voted down in September, 2008. "As leaders of our respective organizations, we don't always see eye to eye on policy, but we come together today with one clear purpose. We strongly urge Congress to leave partisanship at the door and pass an economic recovery package. We both believe that it’s time to stand together for our country. There is a time for partisanship and there is a time for getting things done. No one likes the hand they've been dealt, and now is not the time to assign blame. It is time for Washington, D.C. to step up, be responsible and do what's in the best interest of American taxpayers and our economy. This economic crisis is not just impacting Wall Street; it is also making life harder for everyday Americans. Americans across the country and in every demographic are feeling the pinch. If Congress does not act soon, the situation will grow appreciably worse. It's time for leadership. Congress needs to act now." And here is Perry one year later claiming that the same letter made to a Democrat Congress was actually against Tarp and for cutting taxes and spending: “As a matter of fact, I signed a letter with the Governor of West Virginia, whos a Democrat, when September/October a year ago, when they were talking about, Oh my goodness, the economy is tanking. Weve got to do something. We signed a letter that basically said you know dont get all frozen up in fear, act. I didnt know we needed to write it out for them and say stop spending all of the money and cut the taxes. Thats the blueprint that worked. And still we got people that voted for this bailout; that was in hindsight now just an absolute giveaway, didnt help the economy at all.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o38-vVjnvsw

Is Rick Perry credible on TARP? This is Rick Perry's letter to Congress after TARP was voted down in September, 2008. "As leaders of our respective organizations, we don't always see eye to eye on policy, but we come together today with one clear purpose.

"The radicalization of Islam is a great concern," Perry said. "Islam of and by itself is one of the great religions, along with Christianity and Judaism." He recalled meeting one of the Democratic candidates for Texas governor in the recent election. "He’s a Palestinian. And he and I were having a conversation about Ground Zero. How do you deal with this? He said, well, it’s pretty easy. He said, 'Build a synagogue, a temple, and a church there. And bring these people together.'" http://www.vpr.net/npr/131048009/ I think statements like this, which Perry made in 2010, are a concern because it reflects a world view for someone whose going to be in charge of foreign policy. George Bush expressed similar views on Islam; by the end of his term he was calling for Israel to return to the 1967 borders, yet you ask George Bush and he would still tell you that he is,"Pro-Israel".

Big Hollywood : 'Two and a Half Men' Star Holland Taylor Slams Palin, Bachmann as Jokes

If the conservative movement would just kick these RINOs to the curb and get behind Bachmann, REALLY behind her she WILL WIN THE PRESIDENCY! Because like Reagan, it will not just be about the candidate, it will be about a movement towards limited government. All along it has been conservatives that have concerned me having the courage to support a candidate with the agenda that they claim to be for. The liberals are nothing but noise IMO. Also IMO people are kidding themselves if they believe that Romney, Perry or Gingrich are for limited government. Santorum at best with his past education and health care votes is a Beltway conservative, and Paul does not have a foriegn policy that most conservatives feel comfortable with. Despite the polls I believe the realization is setting in that in this race, at this time, Michele Bachmann is the ONLY conservative choice!

Big Hollywood : Adam Carolla Defends Mitt Romney Against Occupy-Style Groupthink

All right lets take California where I live. Would we have been better off with three years of Davis and a wide open election in 2006 or seven years of Schwarzenegger? (I voted for McClintock) The progressive GOP car may be slower but if Obama wins (not voting for him) there is a shot of getting a conservative in 2016. A RINO wins, either eight years of the RINO, or four years of a RINO followed by a Democrat. Judges? I find it questionable that an activist President is going to vote a conservative judge. Anyway Bachmann is rising in Iowa, still hoping.

I will leave it blank or vote third party (I am for Bachmann, not Paul by the way) ; I honestly believe that Big Government Republicans want to take us to the same place as the Democrats. For example health care, Romney, Gingrich, Santorum, and Perry all want to compel insurance companies to cover people with pre-existing conditions with capped prices. The only way that would not drive insurance companies out of business is IMO have a healthcare mandate that drives everyone into the insurance pool, in effect Obamacare. Another example Newt's statements about the Palestinians being invented, fine and dandy, but then he calls for a two-state solution, meaning Israel should negotiate with terrorists. It is more soothing than "Get back to the damn table" but the results are the same. On man-made global warming, rather than say it's a myth Perry and Newt say,"the science isn't settled" leaving open the opportunities for green mischief, Romney say's he believes in MMGW but won't do anything about it, funny if he really thinks climate change is a danger and he's CIC, and won't act to protect us. My point is that I'm at the point where I see Big Government Republicans as being destructive as the Democrats especially considering that Boehner and his ilk have nothing to defund Obamacare or O's other executive orders,
