I understand your fear of governmental powers, I share this fear just as much as you. But lets get this straight, you, much like many Americans, throw around the word communism with a pretty misguided understanding of it. True communism by definition is stateless. There are no oppressive regimes controlling every aspect of their subjects lives like we saw in the USSR and China. Real communism has never existed and probably never will. The systems we saw in the USSR, and currently in China and North Korea could be best called 'state capitalism'. Please don't take this as me arguing for socialism/communism, I'm just concerned with semantics. Just hoping to reverse the mis-education of folks. Totalitarianism would be a better description of what we discuss here. And if you truly believe Obama hopes to instill such a regime, well, there is nothing I can do for ya there... And as far your fear of the 'evils of Islam', all I can say is that it depresses me to see how much blind indoctrination organized religion has spread throughout the peoples of this planet. Dare I say that Islam and Christianity are actually very similar in most respects...I know, I know, this heathen is destined to burn in hell. I'll give Satan a kiss for you when I get there... People just need to accept that the books of the Abrahamic religions are the words of mortal man...

Shucks, many here seem to think its still 1958. The Cold War is over my friends. I promise, Communism isn't going to get you. Russia and China by definition were not true communist societies anyway. Much like America is not a pure capitalistic society. Many things here are socialized, such as the police force that defends you from the God-hating heathens. You certainly at least need to worry more about that socialist posing as a Christian in power of your own country than the Chinese or the N. Koreans.
