They are leaving out that she is a undersheriff. That's why she was not being charged with a felony.

Is is very sad that West Utica went down hill like it did. There need to be laws for these slum lords who rent to theses people. UPD is so slow at getting things done but real fast to run and get coffee. I say send them all to the cheifs hose but I keep forgeting that he does not live in Utica.

No I never said anything like that. If you want your child to wear a $1000.00 necklace to school and they loose it or it gets stolen it's you fault for being stupid in the first place.

I wonder what kind of parents would let there child wear a necklace that is worth a thousand dollars or more to school. Sounds like this teacher is being set up. It really looks like the parents of this child are trying to make some fast cash by suing the school system .

2 Felonies and no jail time, what kind of justice is that? A civilian would be looking at a long time in prison.

Congratulations Mr. Colgan. I can’t believe you’re retiring knowing that the residents and the staff are like your second family. You are one of a few that anyone could talk to and get things done and knowing that The Arc of Oneida Lewis Chapter is losing one of their best if not there best employee. I wish you all the best on your retirement and whatever your journey leads you on now.
