I would h8 El Hadji (spit the dog) Diouf at West ham for many reason, 1 being that he shows no respect to fellow pro's, 2 he spits at fans & players alike, 3 he play acts when he gets tackled, 4 he pretends that other players have struck him trying to get them sent off, 5 he taunts opposing crowds with gestures trying to get a reaction. I feel that many of our hammer associates are so down hearted about being in the championship, they would rather see pump and run football just to get us back where we belong, but i for one will not shed out £600 quid for that style of football, it bores me when people say the passing game has got us nowhere (WRONG) It's the cheap appointments as managers that has hindered our style, Avram Can't (grant) ! was the worse possible man to take the helm, he reminded me of roeder, arms folded lost in the belief that he was a good manager, yet he had sunk watford gillingham and got the match ball when we were also relegated, we need a man that has a respected character, whom the players won't take the piss out of, someone who can bond the team and make them believe in themselves, that man for me is Martin Allen, he loves the club he knows the club, he is frigging hard, and the players will respect him, plus he will play the ball on the floor and take us back to the land of the dreams that is the Premier League. Pump action Sam would also probably take us back but it will be at the exspense of your neck aching, it will feel like wimbledon in july (Tennis) No midfield just defence and strikers staying in their positions their hieghts being 6ft 6inchs nodding the ball past the keepers, so all of you that want Sam Allardyche prepare to waste your money on looking upwards tracking the ball in the air, as that is where it will spend most of its time

I'd rather ave Carr than Keen, just for the fact he has nursed the likes of J Cole M Carrick Judus Defoe Frank Lump-of-Lard G Johnson etc threw the youth ranks, he has been with the club 4ever, & i know for a fact he would love the job, as i have asked him in the past during the tenure of Avram GRUNT, although he would not be my 1st choice manager, i'm split between 2 guys, Martin O'Neill & Martin Allen, both these guys are strong enough characters 2 handle the board room, both are born fighters plus they both would command respect, with a bit of love thrown into the circle for some needed family uniting, we need the players to respect the man at the helm, also they need to look up to the next man in charge, Kevin Keen would not command that respect. Avram is living proof of that with the players not upping their game when they needed 2, look at when we were fighting 4 our lives against villa at home, they rolled over the same again vs Blackburn thats just 2 i could mention. Lets not get carried away with Chris Hughton ethier as he did a great job at Newcastle, BUT he had the same squad of players that were relegated the season b4, so he had a higher chance of promotion, unlike with WHU we are going 2 do a fire sale, that meens we will have to start building a new squad, and i feel from my own opinion, he would struggled to build a squad to take us back up at the first attempt, that would make us more debt ridden as the Premier is where the bread and butter is, so lets hope Gold Sullivian & the Brady Bunch pull their finger out to get a strong character to motivate these over paid lazy arses, & get us back where we belong, Oh and be4 i finish, i spoke to Alex Mcliesh early on in the season when we played Brum at home, as a joke i asked Alex if he wants to swap jobs with Avram, he replied i'd NEVER work for Sullivian and Gold ever again ! so that for me sums up the gossip reguarding that story his on his way to WHU, but lets face it he could relegate Birmingham come Sunday anyway, another one of Gold And Sullivians dodgey appiontments, on a downward spirall ? it worrying time ahead i fear for my beloved Claret and Blue shirt i love so much, i just wish i could love the players that put them on just as much, apart from Scotty Parker Noble & Sears all of whom have atleast shown Passion,effort and determination whenever called apon. up the Hammers

Hi roy its strange how we all see other managers as the best solution to our club, but i stick by what i said, reguardless of what happened at cheltenham Martin has only ever worked on a shoe string budget, and he has always done well considering, he is a fighter unlike most manager, he will not suck up to anyone, and he will work with the tools is given unlike most manager that complain they need more cash, we can't afford more cash as we are in the shite, so he fits the bill in my eyes

Martin Allen or Martin O'Neill, maybe Neil Warnock at a push, if fans allow him in, would rightly restructure the club as Tony Cottee said from top to bottom, i'd like the first two mentioned, even working side by side, as Martin O'Neill has the respect of what he has achieved in the past adding Allen whom knows the club inside out and who is known to be a great motivator that won't take passengers on his ship that don't contribute more than 100% would be a great balance to revive the squad back to the premier league, but they must insist on no interference from above, as they seem to open their mouths far to often. Chris Hughton would not beable to galvanise the WHU team as he does not command the sort of respect that the 3 other candidates would, he for me is more like Avram Grant, quiet and subdued, not the sort of man that would kick these over paid lazy players arses into gear, as like the film goes (Lord of the flies) if you don't have a strong enough leader, the group will feel free to do what they want, look at Arsenal with all their quality, they are a great team they just need a tweak here and their, they are desperate for a leader in the middle of the park to drive them over the finishing line, which has probably cost them 3rd place in the league if not 1st place, so Mr Gold Sullivian And Mrs Brady pin back you lug holes and take notice of what i have said as i said before you decided to employ Avram Grant , he was not the man to lead us forward, we needed a WHU man, so do what ever is needed, but we need a Captain, a Born leader, without this you have seen what can happen (and it has) the most important part of the team is the man that makes all the decisions and the tactics....Darren Mitchell in Barking

Hi WithamHammer - i was at the game yesterday, & the whole team were brillant for 2 MINUTES at the start then after the goal by Keane, it was like the life had been Zapped right out of them, us the fans tried to rally the team but they seem to be hiding, it was like they were 5-0 down not 1 - 0 up, If Avram can't motivate the team for the last 5 games, we should sack him now and bring in Paolo Dicanio, just to get the crowd and the players Buzzing, even if only for a short while, we need to light the touch paper, their is far to much negativity around the boleyn at this present time, Paolo would put a smile back on the fans faces atleast, as for the players they would be quaking in their boots, as paolo, is Mr Passion and he would demand 100% effort from each and every player,

I'd like to pay my respect to scotty Parkers Father, and i hope scott can get through his pain with the support of Family, friends, players and the Fans of WHU. scott you give your all to our club and for that i want to thank you, not many players wear their heart on their sleeve, especially at a difficult time in their life.
scotty parker for me has earned Legend status and rightly so.

Well i ave been at the game against barnsley 2day, and as usual i was disheartened by the lack of fight within the squad, yes we did play really well in the first half, especially zavon hines who worked his socks off and chased everything, but this was barnsley we were playing, but in the seconed half even zavon faded like the rest of the team, barnsley even had a good penalty turned down, we were lucky today i can tell ya, with the clock ticking down at 1 - 0 and barnsley getting a good grip on the play , Avram panicked and brought on super scotty parker to save his BACON ( no pun intended avram ) so those who were not at the game 2day do not think we have turned the corner under this mans leadership, we have birmingham then arsenal coming up, and both teams will not be pushovers, I want him gone and quick, sell carlton cole and use the money to pay off avram, atleast we will have a chance then if we bring in a motivator....
