We had an odd issue when using thinking sphinx and vendored rails. Using rails 2.3.3 and thinking sphinx with delta indexes we'd get seg faults sporadically, the exception happening in a few places in rails, when running a cyclic reindex through a cron job. Moving rails back to a system installed gem fixed it. This happened on two separate servers. Has anyone else seen this?

do the number of endorsements determine a firm's visibility and perceived success on the rmm site?

the success/visibility of a firm should not be dependent on the total number of endorsements. a small firm may not have as many endorsements because of size but still follow best practices and have a high rate of success, possibly a higher ratio of happy clients then a larger firm.
