It doesn't matter, Scott Brown election was nice and shows a swing, but do you really think that the Dems will allow their chance to pass. They are going to ram the Senate bill through reconciliation on a 50% vote. It will be a done deal. In the next election, Reid is dead as well as about 10 other dem legislators. They know that they have to strike now or never.

if they decide to go with the house bill, they will only be trying to set up the following:
Try to brand,The Republican party as the party of No.. Evil fat cat rich obstructionist Republicans killed health care..etc... in an attempt to turn the tide of Republican momentum.

My favorite was John Dean, in an interview he said the dems lost Mass. seat since Brown opposed the health bill, and most liberal dems in Mass oppose the bill because it didn't go far enough to set up single payer govt health program. Sort of a head we win, tails you lose analysis.

that takes guts to get caught violating the law in aiding in loan fraud, under age prostitution, and tax fraud and think it is a good idea to sue. IT is quite clear that they are not afraid of what people think and that they have the democrats in their back pocket, willing to keep them funded and up and running no matter what.

It is the macho deal, even if you don't have them to fight, certain people like the street cred of a pit bull or Rottweiler with a chain around the neck.

Animals are animals and do not have the same reasoning abilities as humans. It is a fact, their brains are smaller and less developed.
That is why instinct is so important to the animal.

That is also the failure of most people when they excuse animal behavior. They use a human frame of reference to assign justification and or reasoning for an animal attack. An excuse. Maybe right or maybe wrong. It doesnt matter, if you have an animal that is aggressive to humans, it is a fact. Once aggressive, there is little chance to successfully change it. Even if you get all the dog whispers in the world, you are likely to fail and someone will get hurt, friend, relative, neighbor, stranger, child. All because your animal is no good or you failed in training, or both. Best to remove it from the gene pool and start over or just dont get the animal in the first place.

you got to be kidding, my comment was deleted by administrator, telling of my hair raising experience being faced down by two young pit bulls that escaped through a screen to an open window in the front of a house nearby my home. Note without a front gate or fence.

Taking the dog for a walk, I was lucky that me or my dog or both were not torn up in the 5 minute stand off in the middle of the street. I called animal control on them, and it was a good idea I didnt attempt to contact the residents of the house. As later I saw them outside and they had the appearance of Latino gang members. Tattoos in large gothic lettering and tattoos on the face.

Needless to say, not the kind of neighbors that I would feel comfortable confronting about their dangerous dogs. For whoever reported my comment, get a life, if you don't want people to stereotype you as a gang member, don't buy pit bulls, tattoo gang style tattoos on your chest back and face. As a normal law abiding citizen, I have to make the call on this to keep my self from being a statistic. There is just no percentage in confronting gang members, and absolutely no future in it.

Dogs are animals, don't spend time trying to use human reasoning to evaluate or justify their behaviors.

You hear it over and over, the person was bitten because the dog was scarred, startled, or somehow the person caused the bite. Point is a good dog should never show aggression towards humans, unless they are a working security, military, or police dog. Just can't be, no way no how.

Like you say, training helps, even the most dangerous breeds when properly trained and worked will be controllable as their owners have the time to devote to training. The larger and more vicious the breed, the more the importance of training.

If you dont train your small dog, it can be a problem. If you dont train your pit or chow, it can be a disaster. The problem is most dog owners can't or don't train their dogs.

Ha Ha Ha

Come on you're killing me!

Go to the pound and you you can pick up pit mixes and Chows by the truck load. Gee, I wonder why there are so many of them? Could it be that they are dangerous in nature, and get too aggressive to have around the house?

Pit Bulls not aggressive to strangers, Come On. Take that tired act elsewhere!
