Somewhere a protein craze was created. Word on the street has it, too much protein causes you to piss out calcium from your bones.

It can certainly be difficult to get enough protein as a vegan/ vegetarian. A lot of "meatless protein" options are highly processed and shipped from China, so is a lot of food. I never had the dedication to sprouting beans/ nuts as a vegan.

Now I'm a much less gassy omnivore.

Geez louise! Such a long list. and SHEA BUTTER for those feet! We walked around barefoot quite a bit and at night would slather on the shea butter before placing them in socks. Our feet looked better going out.

Nataraja, a teacher at Naropa says smokers are really addicted to pranyama, makes sense! Didnt read the article, but will one day.

My dad always says there is so much negativity out there about smoking, better just to say "there is a reward for not smoking".

Yes, I have had a bit of a tricky time gaining weight—perhaps because of the high latitude or my stomach being pressed against my lung, but poutine has helped me a lot.

Enjoy for us! My favorite in Canada is from Harvey's.
