"mountain cyclist" I was laughing at that too...not sure I have heard that one before

I'm in the same boat as you in that I used to go about once a month and now I havent been in over a year. I'm just trying to figure out if the bands are "bad" or im just old enough to be out of touch with the early 20's scene...which is when i was going often. When I look at the line ups these days, if I do actually recognize a band name it's not for one that I have much desire to go see. I'm getting old! :-(

it's probably along the line of the ratio of CCW owners to non CCW owners. (i can make things up too) how about posting your stats along with their sources instead of making assumptions?

I agree 100%. I'm not going to allow myself to be a statistic just because someone decides to go crazy. If you are ok with becoming one...then feel free to not protect yourself.

how can anyone believe that global warming exists? it has been debunked soooo many times. oh yeah, the earth is getting hotter over the last couple of years. too bad it has been around for billions. small sample size anyone???

you took the short way to getting to the point i was going to try and make above. ;-) so he didn't sell his house for what he thought it was worth and that's the Realtor's fault? it's more likely a function of his unrealistic and delusional expectations of the value of the home. just because you love it and think its the greatest place on earth it doesn't mean buyers are going to feel the same way.

also, bank appraisers don't decide what a home will sell for, they decide how much they are wiling to extend themselves and in today's market it isn't for as much as it was 5 years ago.

I don't know anything about them so I don't have an opinion on them. My guess is that this wasn't the first time you used a Realtor and if "Realtors are a waste of time and money" why did you go with them?
