Until the folks in California said ENOUGH already to the Big Brother style invasion into their private lives, the 2008 standards were to include radio frequency PCT's be put into all new dwellings and AC units which could be monitored by the local utility! I kid you not!! Don't forget, the Cap n Trade is based on and heavily uses the Caifornia standards for 'environmental' concerns. I read the article last night wondering what was up. After reading it I was left thinking Powell sounded more like Obama's muse, gently correcting him. There was no real 'criticism' and in fact there was an embrace of his policies, just a word of encouragement to 'slow his mojo'. I believe Powell is trying to give Obama a nudge from the 'Republican' side to 'notice' the nation is starting to get off the 'yes we can' ride so slow it down, let things die down and then go for it!

I apologize for what may have appeared an insensitive comment. That perception cannot be further from the truth. I was thinking of the family, friends and others.
