Wake up people! The airline is obviously trying to avoid publicity and/or litigation at a time when we have permitted political correctness to dumb us all into quiet submission. What do we actually know? 1. Something major happened; 2. Whatever happened was bad enough that the plane did not leave as scheduled; 3; It did not leave as a consequence of the actions of persons who from their dress and language appeared to be of Middle Eastern descent--and who were taken off the plane as a consequence of their actions; 4. The incident was disturbing enought that the CREW REFUSED TO CONTINUE ON THE FLIGHT ...hmmm. This story isn't about xenophobia or racial profiling. What would have happened to a caucasian or black or hispanic passenger who created a disturbance which culiminated in the plane being forced back to the terminal and which required the involvement of Federal Security Personnel? Any one of them would have been taken off, handcuffed and booked--you can bet on it!
