Do you really think children will die of heat stroke from sitting in a warm classroom? On hot days they just don't go outside which is what they also do on rainy days.

No one should have to pay a financial price for an accident! It will certainly prevent people from bringing their horse and carriage to a parade which would be sad.Hopefully our orthodontist will see all of these comments and change his mind.
