Well stated buckshot. P&Z is only a problem for people who do not want to do things the right way. Once our beautiful lake is polluted, everything is lost. Look at Lake of the Ozarks- it is a giant turd pool! When are we going to learn!

The DNR, counties, towns, and villages continue to issue permits for development on Missouri's beautiful lakes. Over development around the lakes is the cause for this. Where are the good stewards for the lakes! Who are the watchdogs for violators.
You are absolutely right about the pasture, and all the parasites these horses are ingesting when they are on the same eaten down pasture. This woman is not even practicing BASIC animal husbandry with these horses (food, clean fresh water, parasite control, vet care etc.) . She admits in this news article that she is failing to provide proper care for them! Everyone knows these horses will be getting out of their pasture because they are looking for food!
It sounds like the owner of these horses just does not care about her neighbors, her horses, or the law. She can not properly care for them and she is breeding more! The horse owner said: "her horses will gain back the weight they lost quickly with green grass returning to the pasture." She admits the horses are down in weight. What is her plan for feeding them if the pasture does not return to green grass?
