Since Obama has been elected president, the left (regardless of their race) believe they now own the words *racist and racism*. They have also degraded the definitions of these words. I grew up in the 70's, when being a racist or a bigot, was not a word you threw around lightly. The words are describing a person who has hatred in their heart and in their minds. They are not words that should be used haphazardly, as I have seen of late. In using the label of being racist, constantly toward people or a group of people who clearly are not, diminishes the word. Society, will if not already become desensitized to the actual meaning and consequence of the word(s).

Thank you, for bringing this movie project the attention it deserves. I put my order in last month and look forward to viewing the documentary. I wish something like this project had been available when my husband had deployed for Desert Storm. Support, compassion and understanding is so vitally important to the family member serving, as well as the military family.

Henry, named one conservative, one libertarian, but yet he could name two "bleeding heart liberals". Therefore, there are 2 "bleeding heart liberals" for every 1 conservative. There are 2 "bleeding heart liberals" for every 1 libertarian. Sounds to me that the "bleeding heart liberals" of the organization out number those who are not of the same mindset. No bias though in his organization ... yeah, right.
(Yes, before anyone goes off on me I know I would need to do an entire poll of the peoples political affiliations for it to be a much better guess-emation )
Well, we all have learned about the shot that was heard around the world in school.
Now we have heard the click of the keyboard heard all around cyberspace. What a wonderful time in history we are all living.
Thanks AB!

Finally, we are back to "war on terror" and not "man-made disasters". As for Media Matters as long as they dumb down any news of importance it keeps their faithful readers in check. Much as the likes of when Pavlov rang his bell.
Larry, very good piece, congratulations!

Mr. Walsh, thank you for taking on this endeavor. I know that the liberal and or extreme left blogs will try and excuse this site as another right wing ran GOP blog filled with fear mongers and haters. There is one element that I believe you possess that the left seems to be short of ... that is professionalism. I enjoy the other "Big" sites for their professionalism. I look forward to enjoying this site as well.
Thanks-

Bo, I think variety and choice is what freedom of the press is all about. I like what you are doing here. When the news gets a little heavy, we always have you to turn to for a bit of comic relief. Look forward to what happens next.

I enjoyed your piece very much. Its nice to see a bit of humor thrown into the mix. I suppose it will not be long, and the Times will have a new Editor and Chief ... Barrack Obama. Providing if the government decides to bail out the fish wrap. Mr. Bone I look forward to your future pieces.

LOL! He may even be swimming in it, if you will. I
Seriously, it will be interesting to see how the Brits do welcome him. I cant blame them if its not as heart warming as he believes it should be.

Maybe the PM will give the President, a basket of Fish and Chips with a pint. Thats about the equivalent of DVD's that the PM cant play. Well, actually, it is even better than the DVD's. Maybe a sack of peat would be more equivalent to DVD's? lol

You know what Chuck? I am offended that you would lump over 300 thousand people who have joined this site in a nut shell. I can assure you that many of the members here do not want to see our President assassinated. We are here to discuss issues, to try and find solutions for the sake of our country. I love this country. I am the wife,
niece , sister and daughter of war vets. I know the sacrifice it takes to maintain the freedoms that our Constitution lays out. This is not a Republican's, or a Democrat's site. This is a concerned American citizen site. I read more posts than I post. I have seen your posts peppered throughout this site and normally I read them and move on. I do find it offensive that you would think that this is a hate monger site. The Constitution protects your right to free speech (as it does everyone on this site) . I assure you once again sir, that we are not a physical threat to our President. We just want all of our elected and appointed officials to be honest with us, and take responsibility for any and all mistakes they make, whether intentional or not . Regardless, of their party. We are tired of them hiding situations and sweeping them under the rug or playing the blame game. American citizens are not as stupid as DC would like to think we are ... that is the threat to them. That is more of a threat to them than a physical threat.
