Y'all will be happy to know that they fixed the website -- it's a bit sparse content-wise, but it's MUCH better now.

Y'all, I kid you not -- I too would vote for John McCain again, even though he's definitely not the most conservative candidate in the world. Too bad he was such a wimp when it came to real campaigning. But as for Romney, absolutely positively NO WAY will I vote for him -- if he gets nominated, I'll instead vote for whoever the Constitution Party candidate is. In fact, if there should be a similar mass defection, hopefully it'll be a bit of a wake-up call for the Republican Party that they can't afford to give us such mediocre candidates.

I have so little respect for obama that I don't even capitalize his name anymore. If there were ever a president we've ever had who needs a good impeachin', it would be obama. The man (if you can call him that) is a TRAITOR to our country who's trying to set himself up as dictator. He makes me so mad that...well, as a Christian, I can't say it. I can't wait for the day when we can tell him GOOD RIDDANCE!!! And the sooner, the better!

If there's anything I'm embarrassed about, it's the fact that I have family members who voted for Obama (my parents, and an aunt, uncle, and 2 cousins in Tennessee who voted for him) and aren't even feeling embarrassed yet. Personally, I didn't vote for him, because as a Christian, there is no way I can in good conscience vote for someone who supports abortion or special rights for gays, both of which Obama supports. not to mention, he is far and away the most clueless president we've ever had. He even makes Jimmy Carter look good, and you have to be pretty bad to pull that one off!

I for one am proud to have voted for the old coot and the hot chick. :-)

Noinsides, I beg to differ. Remember the Megan Meier case from a few years back? The woman responsible for that, Lori Drew, who posed as a teenage boy who went by Josh Evans, eventually drove Megan to commit suicide after some of the things she said to Megan. Look it up on Google if you don't remember it.

There's a 14-year-old girl in the Sunday school class I teach at our church who was cyber-bullied over the summer, so I've got several friends keeping an eye on the perpetrators' Facebook profiles. That, thankfully, has kinda died down lately, but her grandparents told me that there were times when she would bawl her eyes out over some of the nasty things that were said to her either online or on her I-Phone. But, like I said, it sounds like the perps have hopefully had the fear of God put into them lately.

Whoa! If I were Pinkel, I'd kick him off the team for good, because there's no way I would tolerate that if I were the coach, I don't care how good he is on the gridiron.

But if they become convicted of their sin and their need for Jesus and repent of their sin and trust Him as their Lord and Savior, it'd sure help a whole bunch! Jesus changes one from the inside out to where they have no desire to go back to their old way of living.

This is sad. Those thieves need to be IN church!

We've got something similar here in the St. Louis area (Town & Country, to be exact) at the corner of Clayton Road and Mason Ridge Road. It too is solar powered, but it instead has a single flashing red light, just like the red segment of a traffic signal, placed on top of the stop sign.

I remember when it happened very well. While I no longer live in Springfield (I'm in St. Louis these days), at the time of the disappearance, I only lived about a mile or so from the place where they lived, and it was quite a shock to this then-24-year-old college student. If there really is something to suggest that the three missing women were buried in concrete on Cox South property, then by all means, they should start digging and hopefully set the process in motion to bring closure to this case if they do indeed discover their remains there.
