The scientific community throughout history has frequently come up with rock solid, cant be wrong, unquestionable proven facts that, 10-20 years later, are proven to be wrong and sometimes looked at as ridiculous. There is obviously nothing wrong with teaching the most popular, most supported arguments (evolution), but it is just ignorant and short sighted to not teach students about other possibilities and theories.

Unless we take the cuffs off of our troops who are over there and let them win this war, its time to come home. There is no progress being made, unless you count negotiation with the Taliban as progress, which i do not. Regulations on our warriors turned this into another vietnam. Only in vietnam, our soldiers were actually allowed to retailiate. Time to leave Afghaistan to the Afghanis.. er i mean Taliban. Sorry Afghani women and non-islamists.... we tried.

i never said leave muslims as a whole alone to "kill each other off." i was talking specifically about Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Tunisia, Yemen.. ya know.. the Middle East. lets stay out of their issues and let them deal with each other how they have been dealing with each other for hundreds of years: war. The EU has its own problems as does the US. We dont need to add to our problems by meddling in the middle east.

I have an idea. How about we DONT get involved in another middle east quagmire. let them take each other out. no use putting our young men in the way of these people who will find reasons to kill each other anyway.
