I'm amused by someone's lunch making it into one of the photos in the slideshow :P (check out picture 11/19 in the front yard set!)

So, it would seem the post I made earlier from my mobile did not go through here, even though to this day still shows up posted in the Crib Framing post on the phone! Yay for new Mary posts!

Anyway, it just so happened that I was out to UT with my girlfriend for a couple days for a wedding which took place in Provo Canyon where we stayed. I got a chance to have a look-see at the house, too, while I was there. It's very nice and peaceful! I've seen that beehivestate seems to live right around the corner somewhere and a few other DH fans here have already made similar posts, but I'm just excited that I finally got to have a first-hand look at one of the DH's after a number of years following them! (Visited Stowe for years, but not since the DH was built there, and I was within a mile of the Sonoma house but couldn't find it from road memory before I had to get moving along!)

At the time of my original post, I was sitting at the Sidetrack Cafe in Heber City with a few friends in really awesome weather thinking to myself how awesome it is to have gone through the previous night's spectacular thunderstorm without feeling like drowning in an invisible sea of water and feeling little evidence of it's passing in the form of humidity the next morning. I've lived in VA all my life, but this little trip reminded me of how much more the western weather is more suited to me. :D

I never got to check out the enticing pizza place in Midway, or the nearby Swiss confectioneries, but on my last day, I did get to go up to Sundance with the girlfriend and a couple of friends, climb a bit of Mt. Timpanogos, and stop to be refreshed with some trail snacks at Stewart's Falls B) That was 3 days ago and I'm still kinda feeling it (not out of shape, just unused to the altitude, I swear!! :P )

I'm not sure I can wait 6 days for another glimpse! I'd do anything for at least another partially fuzzed-out photo op! :P

They didn't do one last year, and given the climate here, quite possibly not this year either.

But like the outdoor hottub, it's already been revealed by the landscapers!

Ah, the problem was that I was looking at the wrong profile... I'd been looking at apparently her personal/acting page haha!

I hadn't thought about that honestly, I thought it was a place to sit and soak feet in the tub on slightly warmer days, but you're right that metal bar is kinda suspicious-looking and looks quite like the base of a gas fireplace.. though Im not sure they would keep it that open as the pilot light would go out easily, not to mention the gas leak or the eventual blackening of the rocks around it.

That is, unless a fireplace raises with electric motors when you flip a switch! :D
