The fact he stated he was buying this to give to someone else makes this a "strawman" purchase, and is a felony crime, where as he stated on the ATF 4473 form it was for personal use!
One of the main problems of the environmental groups, is the way they have aligned thermselves with the IRS as not for profit oganizations, allowing them to use hard working americans (hunters) taxes to file their frivelous suits, so no matter how you look at it we lose. With the crafty bill that just was pushed through the congress that people think protect us so we can use lead ammo was a farse, it entitles the government now to take (and close) any land (private, ferderal, state) that may have an endangered species to the public.This administration that was re-elected is an environmental one, and could care less about the economy, and would give all this protection to wolves that have killed humans but will stand idely by and watch our ambassadors and servicemen killed on camera and do nothing, then lie to the public.
I hope they get a handle on this inasive species which is not native to Oregon before it gets out of hand. It won't be long until the lead terrorist in the country (Jamie Rappaport) starts suing all the governement agencies (with taxpayers money) for protection for an animal that does not belong here. The group is now suing the Department of the Interior to try to stop hunting of Wolves in Wyoming which were delisted, and were responsible for decimating the largest Elk herd in North America by over 90% in Yellowstone park and surrounding areas.
