Wikipedia information is predictably inaccurate about controversial political topics. In the past I have had leftist target the Wikipedia entry about me and filled it full of untruths. I believe in the US Constitution. If you can show me another constitutional means from removing someone from the White House I will listen. But whenever I ask this question I never get a response because there is none. A military coup is not legal, the division of powers precludes the courts from removing him. What is your solution?

There is no statue on annulment. Annulment is not in the US Constitution. Annulment is a fantasy. Who would order it? Who would enforce the order? Once the Electoral College (which is in the US Constitution) ratified his election there is no way to remove him through some extra Constitutional process. I support the Constitution and the Constitution gives us a process for removing presidents, usurper or not, and that process is impeachment.

Don't you realize Congress has to impeach Obama. Our petitions go to members of Congress. They have to handle the impeachment. The best thing you could do is stop complaining and contact your Congressman and ask him what he is doing.
