Just another distraction!!! On the issure of torture, any American just has to ask himself what he would do if his family member or friend were held by terrorists and the only way to get critical information to save their lives was to torture a captured enemy?

We need a true conservative. Someone who can stand up and stop this outrageous governement spending, support a flat tax. No more income tax. Support term limits! Say abortion is murder! Embryonic stem cell research is wrong! (they can get stem cells from a completely non controversial source: CORD BLOOD!) Stop illegal immigration from sucking away our country's finances.

The put a Black man into office and got individuals I know to vote for him based on thinking it would be "really cool" to have the first African American president..There are individuals I know who are strongly anti-abortion, who complain about paying too much in taxes, who complain about the abuse of welfare and bailout programs, who complain about government spending. ( and yet they voted for someone like Obama!) He was virtually untouchable by the media mostly because of his Blackness. Hit back by running a HISPANIC FEMALE WITH STRONG CONSERVATIVE VALUES. Hispanics are one of the largest growing ethnic groups.
I think it is a very radical and marvelous idea. There is not enough prison space to house 641,011 individuals. If 641,011 Americans don't pay their taxes, it would be a huge hit to the government's wallet.

There is a FEDERAL law called EMTALA that allows illegal immigrants who can be virtually untraceable to show up at American hospitals and receive thousands of dollars in labs, radiologic studies. The hospital never receives payment and so passes it on to paying customers. Illegal students can be in our schools driving up the numbers of students in classroms. And the school is prohibited by the FEDERAL government from asking about citizenship. Police officers are not allowed to help with illegal immigration. If the government is serious about the problem, they need to stop making it so easy for immigrants to be here illegally. How about sending a big bill to Mexico for their citizens?
There is a federal law in America called EMTALA. It basically states hospitals cannot refuse care to ANY patient based on ability to pay. Thousands of illegals/ uninsuredcan show up on the doorstep of any emergency room or labor and delivery, have thousands of dollars performed in labs and radiologic studies and walk away without EVER paying a bill. Even if they receive a bill, they are virtually untraceable. The hospital eats the bill and American taxpayers end up paying for it. Yet, if it is an American citizen, he will be hunted down, bankrupted to pay that bill because he has the unfortunate curse of having a social security number. It would make sense if you ever don't have medical insurance, have to be seen in an emergency room, pretend you are an illegal!
Who is going to train new physician's under BO's universal health plan? Do individuals how much time and money physician's sacrifice to serve patients? An undergraduate degree, average 4 years. Medical school, another 4 years. Residency, another 3 to 6 years. Fellowship or specialty training, another 2 to 4 years, depending on the specialty. Some physicians owe upwards of $200,000 in school loans after starting to work. Malpractice can run as high as $100,000 to $200,000 a year depending on the state. Leaving medicine can be as expensive as getting into medicine. A malpractice tail can cost upwards of $200,000.
Who would invest their time, money and energy into the above if one wasn't going to make a good living? What type of physicians will we end up with under universal health care? Is BO going to plan to pay for training for physicians?
