mistyforest.net : Flock Browser

Yes, I'm using 2.5 and I love the idea of social media browser so far. But they are not where they should be yet. I'm using Flock's integrated RSS reader for some time and it cannot be a capable alternative to Google Reader yet. They have a wonderful Facebook integration, making facebook something more functional than it usually is. But like I said, FB is not my thing. I guess, I'll go back to gwibber in the meantime while Flock continue to evolve.

mistyforest.net : On Social Media

Thank you for your advices Amy. Ping.fm is an awesome web-based service, covers a great range of networks. Updating is not primary problem, actually. But the following the "friends" updates is. I'm looking for a desktop application that will enable me to use both twitter and identi.ca with full functionality, meaning it will let me do everything without opening a browser. This way, I won't be lured to spend more time on browser, to check once more before closing whether there is any update. That was my plan, at least :D

mistyforest.net : On Social Media

Oh wow...just wow. Gotta be careful what one wishes for :D I didn't know this project. You couldn't be more right, indeed, I have extremely mixed feelings, love it and hate it at the same time, but greatly impressed nevertheless. E-mail and instant messenger merged together with real time collaborative editing and ... lots of other stuff. Open source, too.

Good for Norway, they get their well deserved victory. I was expecting Bosnia to be under-appreciated,but #9 is not bad. Iceland is a surprise to me, though. Personally I find the song boring.
