I watch Shep occasionally just to see his attempted macho presentation. He tries so hard to be clever, but isn't, he tries so hard to be profound, but isn't, he tries so hard to be mature, but isn't.
If FOX wants to keep him in his slot that's fine with me. He impacts nothing or no one.

Battleground was a great movie. It covered the action, the infighting, the pathos, the every day activity of a dog face,the annoyances that happen when any group is that confined . It was also entertaining, something that does not always happen in a movie no matter how good it may be technically.

Whoopi reminds me of the double talker( I can't remember his name) you use to see in the B movies of the forties. He would rattle on with his gibberish and the straight man or woman would just look befuddled. Once Whoopi has stopped talking and you evaluate what she has said it rarely makes any real sense.
