They were the fried variety that could have come from a frozen package or something. Good enough to eat, but certainly nothing to rave about. These gyoza on the other hand... were just, WOW! The chicken broth really adds a flavor kick, and the crispier the bottoms get, the more the pork and chicken play off of each other. And when she says that it can prepare 8 servings, that assumes one of them is not me. If I am eating these, you get two and a half servings.
